CNC machining services · Shanghai, China
HIQTECO manufactures custom metal and plastic components to drawing—combining CNC turning, milling, multi-axis machining, finishing and inspection in one production partner.
Machining built around the drawing
Our engineering and production team works from your 3D model and 2D drawing, reviewing material, tolerances, finishing and inspection requirements before quoting. That early review helps catch cost drivers and manufacturability risks before tooling or production begins.
HIQTECO supports prototype quantities, low-volume runs and repeat OEM production. Parts can be supplied as machined components or coordinated with casting, forging, surface finishing and assembly. Learn about our factory →
Precision shafts, fittings, bushings, inserts and turned components produced on CNC lathes and Swiss-type equipment.
Explore machining parts →Prismatic parts, housings, plates, manifolds and complex geometries machined with multi-axis CNC milling.
Explore milling parts →Complex parts that benefit from reduced setups, tighter feature control and combined turning and milling operations.
Discuss your drawing →Aluminum and steel castings, die castings and forgings followed by machining, finishing and inspection.
Explore castings →Thrust plates, valve plates, cylinder blocks, bushings and pump components for hydraulic equipment.
Explore hydraulics →Chamber components, flanges, lens barrels, PEEK parts and precision components in engineering plastics.

Quality control
Quality requirements are agreed before production. Our team can include material verification, in-process checks, final dimensional inspection and CMM reports, depending on the part and drawing requirements.
Working with HIQTECO
Share STEP/IGES models, 2D drawings, material, quantity and finishing requirements.
We review tolerances, features, tooling and inspection requirements before quotation.
Production follows the approved drawing, process and inspection plan.
Surface finishing, assembly, packing and shipment are coordinated to your requirements.
Materials & finishing
Material choice affects strength, corrosion resistance, machinability, weight and cost. We help review the specification alongside the part geometry and production volume.
For projects that need multiple processes, HIQTECO can coordinate machining, casting, forging, heat treatment, surface finishing and assembly instead of leaving you to manage several suppliers.
Industries
Our machining and sourcing programs support OEM teams in automotive, semiconductor, aerospace, medical device, robotics, industrial automation, energy and general machinery.
Machined, forged and cast components for production and specialty vehicle programs.
Chamber parts, flanges and precision components for vacuum and semiconductor equipment.
Machined parts for aerospace equipment and specialized industrial applications.
Precision components produced with defined processes, inspection and documentation.
Components for motion systems, robotics, hydraulic equipment and production machinery.
Metal and plastic components for energy, process and heavy-duty equipment.

CNC machining FAQ
Need a project-specific answer? Send your drawing or contact our team directly.
Send a STEP or IGES model plus a 2D PDF drawing when tolerances, threads, surface finish, inspection or material specifications matter. DXF and DWG files are also useful for flat parts and profiles.
Yes. We support prototypes, bridge production and repeat OEM orders. The manufacturing method, inspection level and documentation can be matched to the project stage.
Tolerance requirements depend on the feature, material and process. We review critical dimensions on the drawing and confirm the feasible manufacturing and inspection plan during quotation.
Yes. We can coordinate casting or forging and then machine critical features, apply finishing and inspect the finished component.
Send your drawing, annual demand, order frequency and quality requirements. We will review the current specification and recommend a production and inspection plan.
